How do I add/edit the company policy?

Establishing a company with a number of employees should be guided by a policy. Why? Company policy is made to make your company well organized and enable employees to work accordance with their responsibilities. Well, you can add your policy in GreatDay HR and display it to all employees. Thus, they will know the guide on how they should work and behave in the company. These steps below will help you add your policy in this application:

  1. Go to Company and choose Policy.
  2. Tap the + button.
  3. Write down your policy (e.g the title and content)

  4. Done? Tap Submit to save your policy.
  5. Once submitted, all of your employees can read the policy.

If you are about to edit the policy, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Policy page and tap the edit button.

  2. Last, update your policy.
