How do I record my attendance?

Now, you don’t need to record your attendance on the attendance machine anymore because GreatDay HR has facilitated you to clock-in and clock-out anywhere using your mobile phone.

This feature will be so much effective for those of you who work often at clients. Recording attendance can be done in two ways.

First, you can directly record your attendance on the Attendance feature provided in the homepage. Here are the steps:

  1. Tap the Attendance on the homepage.
  2. Once you tap it, it will direct you to take your selfie. Then, click the tick button to save your photo.
  3. Tap ‘Save Attendance’ to submit.
  4. Make sure you have successfully saved your attendance.

Second, you can record your attendance by going through the Attendance menu, then you will this following page:

Go to these steps to record your attendance:

  1. Record your attendance in Attendance menu, then just tap ‘Record Time’.
  2. Once you tap it, it will direct you to take your selfie. Then, click the tick button to save your photo.
  3. Tap ‘Save Attendance’ to submit.
  4. Make sure you have successfully saved your attendance.

Good news! If you find the internet connection issues and you are about to clock-in/ clock-out, don’t worry, you can still record your attendance offline.

Just do the same thing as you record the attendance online. Here are the steps to assist you to record attendance offline:

  1. When you lose the internet connection, it will direct you to this following page
  2. Tap ‘Record Time’
  3. Once you tap it, it will direct you to take your selfie. Then, click the tick button to save your photo.
  4. Tap ‘Save Attendance’ to submit.
  5. Make sure you have successfully saved your attendance.

The offline record will be automatically saved to the system if you get the internet connection back! To make sure that the offline record has sent your attendance to the system or not, check it on ‘Offline List’ or tap this icon  to view the offline list as the following picture:

If your offline record data hasn’t been sent to the system, you have to send it manually by tapping ‘Send to Server’ and it will be directly be sent to the system.
